I am 20 years old and have had this vitiligo since I was little. This has caused me a lot of stress when going to school and never wanting to wear shorts or skirts. I have overcome this fear, and realized I can’t hide the person that I am. I have always been a stressful person, and this is the first time that Ive heard anyone say that vitiligo could spread with stress. I just want to thank you for sharing your experience, I will take your advice and try to stress less.
